City Centre 3

This LEED® Gold-certified project includes three buildings in Surrey’s Health and Technology District. These buildings house offices, clinics, research and educational training space for healthcare professionals, high-tech firms and educational organizations. The centre also offers Class A retail space and four levels of underground parking. The scope of work we provided included steel framing, insulation, drywall, acoustic ceilings and EIFS.
