City Centre 1, City Centre 2 & City Centre 3
City Centre 1, City Centre 2 and City Centre 3 in Health and Technology District, Surrey, B.C.
This LEED® Gold-certified project includes three buildings in Surrey’s Health and Technology District. These buildings house offices, clinics, research and educational training space for healthcare professionals, high-tech firms and educational organizations. The centre also offers Class A retail space and four levels of underground parking. The scope of work we provided included steel framing, insulation, drywall, acoustic ceilings and EIFS.

Wynwood Green
Wynwood Green in Coquitlam, B.C.
These mid-century-inspired residential buildings are two towers connected by a separate amenity building. Tower One is 28-storeys, and Tower Two is 23-storeys, with a combined total of 379 residential suites. The scope of work we provided included supply, install and finish, steel stud framing, insulation and drywall.
Sun Tower 1
Sun Towers 1 in Burnaby, B.C. near Metrotown
This 42-story, 285 suite high-rise offers a mix of commercial and residential spaces from 398-900 ft2. Levels 1-7 are commercial floors, and the remaining levels are residential. The scope of work we provided included supply, install and finish, steel stud framing, insulation and drywall.
Yorkson & Grayson
Yorkson & Grayson in Langley, B.C.
This project consists of 4 wood frame buildings, each of which is 6-storeys. These residential buildings are located in the Willoughby community and feature 280 luxury suites. They also include meeting rooms, a gym, and an indoor/outdoor social lounge. The scope of work included supply, installation & finish of steel stud framing and drywall.
